For our theme of steampunk time travel, I created a montage where the overall message is for one to value his or her time. The blurred clock in the first two panels represents how time can be forgotten and rampantly lost. Steampunk elements include the victorian woman, the post-apocalyptic wild west setting, as well as the gears. The theme of travel was incorporated with covered wagon and the airplane. Juxtaposing these forms of travel reveals the theme of time as well. This idea of juxtaposing the old and new is also seen with the BMW logo and the wagon, as well as the conservative victorian torso with the fishnetted legs.
